Giles Coren described British chef Selin Kiazim's food as having 'the potential to change lives', and her recent Carousel pop-up restaurant saw Grace Dent extoll her virtues in the Evening Standard's ES Magazine.

The former Kopapa head chef, who wants 'to pull Turkish cuisine out of the kebab shop and onto the London restaurant scene' is now working to open her first restaurant in 2015 - a move which will no doubt take her from a behind-the-scenes talent to a culinary name in her own right.
